We hope you are satisfied with the order you placed. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns unless there is a defect in the product formula. If the product arrives defective or damaged, please contact Customer Service and submit a return request. You must also send a copy of your invoice with the return. We do not accept any responsibility for loss or issues related to the delivery of the returned product. The return shipment of the product in its original condition is covered by Solnare Türkiye. Once the returned products reach the return center, the necessary refund process is carried out. A refund cannot be processed before the product reaches the return center.

Before making a return, be sure to indicate your reason for return to destek@solnare.com.
You can start your return process with the return approval received from Customer Service.
STEP 2
Completion of Required Documents
After informing our company, Customer Service will note the order number of the products you are considering returning and a description of the products in the return email. This information will be available on your dispatch note. Package the return to be sent to the return center.
STEP 3
To prevent damage during shipment, carefully package the products together with a copy of the confirmation email sent by us and the original dispatch note and invoice of the product you are returning. For your own security and the fast delivery of your product, we recommend that you obtain a signed dispatch note and a tracking code with your return package so that you can track your returned product. Send it to the return center address.
