Kuru, çok kuru, çok hassas veya tahriş olmuş ciltlerde düzenli kullanım önerilmez.

Karma ciltlerde yalnızca yağlanma görülen bölgelere veya akşam rutininde kontrollü şekilde uygulanabilir.

Mavi renkli, viskoz ve belirgin köpüren jel dokuya sahiptir.

Durulama sonrasında temiz, ferah ve arınmış bir his bırakır. Ultra nazik, kremsi veya köpürmeyen bir temizleyici değildir.

Yüzünüzü ılık suyla ıslatın.

Bir pompa ürünü avucunuza alın ve göz çevresinden uzak tutarak yüzünüze nazikçe uygulayın.

Yaklaşık 20–30 saniye boyunca hafifçe masaj yapın ve bol suyla tamamen durulayın.

Başlangıçta akşamları günde bir kez kullanın. Kuruluk veya hassasiyet oluşursa kullanım sıklığını gün aşırıya düşürün.

Gündüz bakımında geniş spektrumlu güneş koruyucu kullanın.

Akşam rutininde:

1. Purifying BHA Cleanser ile temizleyin.

2. Cilt tamamen kuruduktan sonra ihtiyacınıza uygun serumu uygulayın.

3. Nemlendirici ile rutini tamamlayın.

Tone Correcting Cream veya PDRN Serum ile birlikte kullanılabilir. Ancak ciltte hassasiyet oluşursa ürünlerin kullanım sıklığı azaltılmalıdır.

Haricen kullanım içindir.

Göz çevresinde kullanmayın. Gözlerle temas etmesi hâlinde bol suyla durulayın.

Tahriş olmuş, soyulmuş veya hassaslaşmış cilde uygulamayın.

Kuruluk, yanma, belirgin kızarıklık veya rahatsızlık oluşursa kullanım sıklığını azaltın ya da kullanımı bırakın.

Aynı rutinde güçlü peeling, yüksek oranlı asit veya fiziksel peeling ürünleri kullanılırken cilt toleransını gözetin.

25°C’nin altında, serin ve kuru bir yerde muhafaza edin. Doğrudan güneş ışığından ve aşırı sıcaktan koruyun. Çocukların ulaşamayacağı yerde saklayın.

We hope you are satisfied with the order you placed. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns unless there is a defect in the product formula. If the product arrives defective or damaged, please contact Customer Service and submit a return request. You must also send a copy of your invoice with the return. We do not accept any responsibility for loss or issues related to the delivery of the returned product. The return shipment of the product in its original condition is covered by Solnare Türkiye. Once the returned products reach the return center, the necessary refund process is carried out. A refund cannot be processed before the product reaches the return center.

In order for us to accept a product return, there must be a defect in the product formula or damage upon delivery. Returns are not accepted for any reasons other than these.

Return Process

STEP 1

Before making a return, be sure to indicate your reason for return to destek@solnare.com.

You can start your return process with the return approval received from Customer Service.

STEP 2

Completion of Required Documents

After informing our company, Customer Service will note the order number of the products you are considering returning and a description of the products in the return email. This information will be available on your dispatch note. Package the return to be sent to the return center.

STEP 3

To prevent damage during shipment, carefully package the products together with a copy of the confirmation email sent by us and the original dispatch note and invoice of the product you are returning. For your own security and the fast delivery of your product, we recommend that you obtain a signed dispatch note and a tracking code with your return package so that you can track your returned product. Send it to the return center address.

In the unlikely event that your shipment does not reach us, we recommend that you keep your dispatch note proving that you sent the products back. We do not accept responsibility for shipments sent by you that are lost in transit.

STEP 4

Refund Process

After your returned product reaches our return center, return approval is obtained. The refund is made on the next business day. It will be reflected in your accounts by the bank within 3-5 business days.
