Karma ciltlerde Comfort Cream az miktarda veya yalnızca kuruluk hissedilen bölgelere uygulanabilir. Çok yağlı ciltler için ana önerimiz değildir.

1. Temiz ve kuru cilde 2–3 damla Radiance & Repair PDRN Serum uygulayın.

2. Serum cilde yerleştikten sonra nohut tanesi kadar Panthenol Comfort Cream uygulayın.

3. Yüz ve boyun bölgesine nazikçe yayın.

4. Sabah ve/veya akşam kullanılabilir.

5. Gündüz bakımında geniş spektrumlu güneş koruyucu uygulayın.

Ürünleri göz kapağına, kirpik diplerine ve göze çok yakın bölgelere uygulamayın.

Hangi ürün önce uygulanır?

Önce Radiance & Repair PDRN Serum, ardından Panthenol Comfort Cream uygulanır.

Her gün kullanılabilir mi?

Evet. Cilt ihtiyacına göre sabah ve/veya akşam kullanılabilir.

Yağlı ciltlere uygun mu?

Serum farklı cilt tiplerinde kullanılabilir; ancak Comfort Cream zengin dokuludur. Yağlı ciltlerde az miktarda veya yalnızca kuruluk hissedilen bölgelere uygulanması önerilir.

Makyaj altında kullanılabilir mi?

Kuru ciltlerde az miktarda uygulanabilir. Makyajdan önce ürünlerin cilde yerleşmesi beklenmelidir.

Gündüz kullanılabilir mi?

Evet. Gündüz kullanımında rutinin son adımında geniş spektrumlu güneş koruyucu uygulanmalıdır.

Hassas ciltler kullanabilir mi?

Formüller parfüm içerir. Hassas veya parfüme duyarlı ciltlerde ürünlerin ayrı ayrı yama testiyle denenmesi önerilir.

Haricen kullanım içindir. Gözlerle doğrudan temasından kaçının; temas hâlinde bol suyla durulayın. Tahriş olmuş cilde uygulamayın.

Parfüme veya kozmetik içeriklere hassas ciltlerde ilk kullanım öncesinde ürünleri ayrı ayrı küçük bir bölgede test edin.

25°C’nin altında, serin ve kuru bir yerde muhafaza edin. Doğrudan güneş ışığından ve aşırı sıcaktan koruyun. Çocukların ulaşamayacağı yerde saklayın.

We hope you are satisfied with the order you placed. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns unless there is a defect in the product formula. If the product arrives defective or damaged, please contact Customer Service and submit a return request. You must also send a copy of your invoice with the return. We do not accept any responsibility for loss or issues related to the delivery of the returned product. The return shipment of the product in its original condition is covered by Solnare Türkiye. Once the returned products reach the return center, the necessary refund process is carried out. A refund cannot be processed before the product reaches the return center.

In order for us to accept a product return, there must be a defect in the product formula or damage upon delivery. Returns are not accepted for any reasons other than these.

Return Process

STEP 1

Before making a return, be sure to indicate your reason for return to destek@solnare.com.

You can start your return process with the return approval received from Customer Service.

STEP 2

Completion of Required Documents

After informing our company, Customer Service will note the order number of the products you are considering returning and a description of the products in the return email. This information will be available on your dispatch note. Package the return to be sent to the return center.

STEP 3

To prevent damage during shipment, carefully package the products together with a copy of the confirmation email sent by us and the original dispatch note and invoice of the product you are returning. For your own security and the fast delivery of your product, we recommend that you obtain a signed dispatch note and a tracking code with your return package so that you can track your returned product. Send it to the return center address.

In the unlikely event that your shipment does not reach us, we recommend that you keep your dispatch note proving that you sent the products back. We do not accept responsibility for shipments sent by you that are lost in transit.

STEP 4

Refund Process

After your returned product reaches our return center, return approval is obtained. The refund is made on the next business day. It will be reflected in your accounts by the bank within 3-5 business days.
